I am back online but very busy. 2 weeks ago i decided on fixing a weak spot in are living room floor after about 2 days of ripping up rotted floor and repairing floor joint's we decided on a full remodel of are home  after i fixed the floor i hung dry wall,followed by wall board about 3 feet up the wall,followed by paint,then trim then carpet whew koc had nothing on this LOL. today im moveing to the hall way and bed room,then it's the kitchen and finally the office and bathroom. with any luck i should be finshed in about another 14 days. ill try to get some before and afters of the rooms to post to show my progress hope everyone is well and ill talk to you all soon

construction's a bitch ain't it. i spent 3 months working on a construction crew... i hated everyday, but looking back, i learned a lot about houses and irrigation systems

good luck with the improvements hope you don't come across too many snags because the first rule of home improvement is to always expect more

after 10 years in the handy man secter I have learned to allways double the estimate to cover the unseen problems. I have hit a few time consuming problems but no major money holes yet. I say yet because i found steel gas line used for water pipe under the kitchen sink have no idea what moron came up with that idea but that could cost a bit to fix cause copper line anit cheap and i have never used the new pvc to copper ;ine connections yet and not sure i want to  but it is comin along. the hallway is finshed the dry wall is hung mudded and sanded in the kitchen and ready for paint. so im on secdule and budget and with any luck ill have a little left for online gaming
