Has everyone got their underworld tree drops? The spooky bark was only dropping about 1 in every 5-6 adventures for me with +220% item drops so make sure you leave yourself enough turns.

If you run out of turns I have 16 spare spooky barks than you can nab if needs be. I don't actually know if this is a one day event but I thought I'd make the offer anyways :P

I wanna see whats inside the chest :o any guesses?

I wonder what that acorn does too. Maybe the chest open in a few days, you plant the acorn in it, and get a familiar or somesuch?

Good call on that one, GPH. I might not have even noticed that one. I did a fair amount of killing stuff with El Juan, but Bad Moon me will probably hold off on stuff that will otherwise kill me too quickly. Either way, I'm sure to have plenty of spooky bark sitting around before this is all over.

I had no problem with the boss, and I'm in HC, so my gear is crap as well. I think I actually 1 shotted him, but he got a hit in because I did around 95% of the damage and my familiar finished him. The hit I took was single digit damage. I was Chock Full O' Nanites though and have Tao of the Terrapin, so I have no idea what his real damage should've been. I don't think it's anything too ridiculous though - as long as you have one good attack skill, you should be able to just plow through him.

I took him on with my multi.. which is a first run char and the only thing it's gotten from my main is a club of the 5 seasons and empathy :p it managed to do the thing at lvl ten in under 200 adv. As long as you snag a few petrified woods along the way (they one hit kill all the trees). And yes it was even an auto-kill on the boss tree too. and the spooky sap delvls them if used in combat... so it shouldn't be a problem regardless of bm, hc, or otherwise :P
