I kept the Aegis and the MCSU out of the mess, but left everything else that I obtained during the salvage.  The two things that belonged to us already were returned as intact as they were.

Does a 5:3:3 split sound reasonable? (I had a 511 cmd drop cost on that one.)

If so, I'd say:
Trerro: ADM, ADM, D,  DE, A, 4 gyros
Sonya: ADM, D, AM, 2 gyros
Lomaz: ADM, D, DM, 2 gyros

For inexpensive mods (pretty much everything cheaper than gyro/cluster), we usually just do whoever salvs it keeps it.
