This places morons running nuclear reactors causing multiple meltdowns, leaving the world in a nuclear winter to whither and die.

that's an easy one.. take motorcycle, wrap it entirely in bubblewrap, wrap yourself in bubblewrap, tune it so its max speed is 5km/hr, blow up every other vehicle on the road, and go nuts
