The only issue I have with it is that the red button the squirrel is pressing isn't very noticeable. Makes it look like it's holding a cane all British-like. (Which may or may not be appropriately silly.) If you guys want to roll with that, I can easily add a bowl hat or something to the squirrel. Although all that detail will get lost once it's shrunken so I'll try what I can to balance it out.
I'm thinking of making it so the squirrel is pressing one of those Staples easy buttons, but I'm afraid it'll come out looking like the squirrel is just touching a big red jawbreaker or something. :\
What sizes do you want for a forum banner and a forum signature? I'll be able to do some better tinkering if I know what resolutions to aim for.
For the main forum banner, if you scroll to the top, you'll see a rising alliance banner that we need to replace (The Rising Alliance was our old name - if you're curious as to why we changed it, a thread in announcements explains it, or you can just XFire me). I'm pretty sure the forum skin is built to stretch, so it doesn't have to be that exact size, and it can of course be a bit wider, but it should be somewhere around there.
For a forum sig, those dimensions should be ok... maybe a bit less on the height, although if I clip the whitespace off the top and bottom, I think *most* people would be ok with that for a sig size.
For the coat of arms, the main place for that is on the front page, so it needs to fit into the left column. 350 is probably a good max width, just because somebody somewhere is still on 800 X 600. Height can be around 500ish.
As for the red button, you could probably add a black thingie with a few lights so it looks more a like a control panel kinda thingie, or maybe have him pull a level or somesuch.
