this is the site for call to arms, strategy, turn based, 5 different races vs one another in their own alliances each with 6 different army units, gain land, castles send armies to gain more land, build buildings, research advancements. each round lasts about two months. we are currently going through some rounds where we are adding things. this game has been around atleast 15 years, it was known as thardferr. veterans like myself have been on the game off and on for years. it is on the google search on the wiki. 'call to arms'.
gnomes - humans - orcs - elves - dwarves.

Hmm, sounds a lot like Utopia (which was also based on an old BBS game), which got bought out and buried.

This may be worth a look. I'm hesitant to play it if it's Facebook-only though, as I really don't want my friends spammed with daily updates from it.
