Slime tube
« on: October 02, 2010, 03:39:40 pm »
Basically, I just remembered that the slime tube exists :P

My questions are two-fold. Now that the slime tube isn't new and shiny, is there still a market for stuff from it/is it worth the investment in time finding the people who do still want stuff?

And following up on that, how much would it cost us for my character to get the various items needed to do runs?

My first reaction on remembering about the slime tube was 'Oh I can get that equipment for my char!' but thinking about the fact that slime tube equipment is mostly only useful for doing the slime tube I don't know if it would be worth it or not. Opinions?

It looks like there are still sales and transactions going on. And it's 250k to open the tube, if we all pitch in to tickle... we could easily get 3 slime covered with just the 3 of us tickling. We'd just have to make sure someone tickles... you get the item... someone tickles... get the item and so forth :p And it wouldn't hurt to have another person to have enough slime hates it to run the tube as well (:

El Juan is still buffed to the gills to take down Mother Slime when necessary.
