I'll be lucky if I even manage to get an aviator hat

I'm still trying to join the damn event. I missed half of Drunksgiving to nemesis, and now this one to kittycore.

I'm out of kitty, but I still have to unlock the peak and hope I can an egg, and can use it, before the event ends.

i tried to send you an egg today, but i'm assuming you're still in another HC run because it wont let me send you anything :-P

@gph: if you have a crap ton of torpedoes... you can unload 100 a turn for 135-165 skellie kills. I put all mine up for sale at 5k. but they're currently sitting above 6. So if you can't get enough commendations to buy one... you may be able to raise the meat for one with roughly 330 torpedos. I've seen them sell for anywhere between 2-4 mil.

The problem was I was really low on liquid meat because I'd just cleared out all the junk from my inventory and bought a load of stuff...so I had nothing to sell, none of the misc items required to buff the various things required and couldn't afford the inflated prices of the items in the mall :\

It all ended fine though...the event went on a day longer than I was anticipating and there are quite a few cheap +int buffs so I got my hat in the end and even have some commendations left over
