Logged in for the first time in quite a while today.

Has our clan been disbanded or did I just get kicked for inactivity? :o

I bought the PC version in a sale to see what it was about after playing for a while.

It doesn't really attempt to explain the rules at all so I can see it being difficult if you had no previous experience. Also not helped by the fact that the AI is pretty terrible, so if you try to learn by watching it won't really work.

I'm happy to walk you through the basics if you (or anyone else) fancies giving it another try :)

Edit - and just to note, I'm from the UK and literally have no idea what the rules for American football are so I don't think any prior knowledge in that regard is necessary ;) That said you do have to have a good grasp of the basic rules of Bloodbowl before you start playing really to understand what you're doing and what would be a good move and what would be a bad move.

From your pic to mine, there is great similarity.
Clearly you like doubles - a fan of plurality!

The nearest animal with a tail is drawn to you. Their tail fuses to you with the animal on the other end. Congratulations, you now probably have a cat/dog fused to you! Possibly a rodent of some sort. I hope you don't live near a farm...

I wish I hadn't entered the job market during the recession.

Error messages can be pretty frustrating,
Methinks your computer could use some berating.

I'd give it to someone else cos it would clearly do nothing for me ;)

Seriously, would probably spend a while living it up then drink it and spend the rest of my life making money by perfecting sustainable energy technologies.

What would you do if tomorrow everyone woke up and had forgotten their own language but knew perfectly one previously unknown universal language...except you.

I've recently started playing Bloodbowl.

For those of you who haven't heard of it before its a game produced by Games Workshop which is roughly similar to a fantasy version of American football. The rules are available for free here.

There is a computer game but I have been playing on a free website called FUMBBL.

If you sign up and create a league team we can just play matches when we feel like it against each other. If anyone fancies having a go, let me know :)

Don't worry if you're not into American football (or any sort of sport for that matter). I'm not and I'm enjoying Bloodbowl :)

You acquire an item: Dallas Dynasty Falcon Crest shield

Not as awesome as my Platinum Yendorian Express Card but I'm still happy.

I might even keep this one :P

How are Boris runs? Think I'll give one a go in the near future - are they harder or just different from normal runs?

Amusingly I did both of my last two runs in exactly 1068 turns...and they took 8 and 7 days respectively so you've got me well beat either way :P

Are we getting one?

Either way I dumped some meat into the clan store to be used for whatever we want to spend it on.

You gain 3,707,570 Meat

That was (some) of the junk which had been sitting unsold in my store may have been a while since I last did a spring clean of my inventory :P

Just so everyone knows my character is all made up and I've written up a backround on paper so if we know when we're starting this I'll get myself together and type it up :P
