Would have finished my first HC run today if I wasn't a complete idiot <_<
Bumped into the bronze chef who needs leftovers of indeterminate origin which I didn't have, no big deal still had a tonne of adventures left.
About 70 adventures later I was tearing my hear out at the fact I hadn't even encountered the monster who dropped it yet!
...At which point I notice that it drops in the Haunted Kitchen, not the Haunted Pantry.
Aargh :P

If it makes you feel any better, a few days ago I spent 40-50 turns in the hidden temple, only to realize that after completing the black market quest, I forgot to actually get the journal from the shore. :P

Finished my first hc run, didn't use any clovers so I could unlock Bad Moon.
Realise I need to do a 100% cat run to perm unlock Bad Moon.
*sigh*
*start Bad Moon run*
...
*realise Crimbo is around the corner*
...I'll probably drop Bad Moon tomorrow :P
I also overdrank as almost my first action in BM...things are going well :P

I'm not acending again tel after Crimbo, going for my L30 SC trophy, wich is ALOT easier then i thought it was, getting 700ish muscleboundness per adventure :D already level 22! some of my useual AARGH's:
Drinking to 14 before doing the 3 gates and getting a drunken potion
Forgetting to do the Daily Dun
Finishing the war before realizing i have Mega Gem and Talasman o Nam still equipped (donno how i pulled that one off)
Fighting the sorc sans wand
Trying to kill the sorc with the mirror shard equipped
It seems every single run the golem kills me at least once while naked for the mirror
i'm sure theres alot more! but yeah, i am aiming to get a telescope now :D
