Yup Trerro  is right,everything in game right now is being based of ragial market,but buyer beware Aamer. Prices are so far inflated right now from the server merge that it's not even funny. case in point, ant horn was 12k each now 28+ dokis were 8 a week ago there up to 20k each. if you really need need something badly and it seem's over priced shop around for a few days and the price should fall atleast a little

Thing's you will need "azzy's ai controller found here http://iro.ragnarokonline.com/forum/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=32534&posts=162&start=1   Open the folder,go to the ai control click azzy ai/what you named it go to merc tab,click default tactic and set it to as follow's

basic behavior/ attack high
debuffs/never
skills/allways
never
never
undefined
never


Ok so you all have seen the out dated guide's of wiki for iro and the have finshed guide's guides on the main forum's telling you places and where would be best to level.    This is a guide "to Ymir only" on how to power level most any account.

Start on noob island "if your just starting" by doing all the little quest there. Talk to everyone,you should be at base 8 or higher before you leave.

From the very start of thing's buy a few spear merc's at level 15. They are very cheap and can easily be obtained buy farming garbage or asking for a small loan from a guild member.

2. once you have your spear merc's "at least 10" "located in pontera to left" enter the building and talk to the recruiter,agree to help and you will be telly-ed to pont  Culvert.

3. click on the merc scroll and then enter the culvert,only a hand full of thing are agressive here.

4. walk around the map stopping only long enough to attack/let you merc kill a mob.

5. at level 25,go buy 10 level 2 spear merc's and head for floor's 2-3 "carry potions with you at this time as there are aggro mobs here"

6.after you are done with your 10 level 2 merc's you should be around level 40-45 "make sure at job 10 you change to your desired job class"

7.at level 55 move your self to payon "pont warp to payon and save.

8. walk up to archer village,that to the top right side of payon.

9 take the second left to the bowman merc guild and buy 10 level 5 merc's.

10. walk back down to payon and out the right side of the map

11. walk over and out the bottom of this map

12.walk right out of this map

13. Now you should see doki's/greatest general's,spore's and nine tails "avoid the 9 tails buy useing fly wing's"

14.walk the map over and over picking up the doki horn's you and you merc just collected "keep them to sale or use them for the turn for quicker leveling"

this is by far the fastest/easiest/cheapest way i have found to level a character.   I would say in 24 hours worth the game play you should hit the mid 60's and both job changes with ease

edit: due to changes or over sites im altering this guide to reflect the new/over looked merc levels.

Change's made "movement from pont to payon at 55 and merc grade 4 was changed to 5

WE had a lock on this round with 1 hour and 30 mins in the round ahead by 150 over all point's Green with the help of orange and yellow knocked us out of number 1 with mins' literly like 4 mins left by clearing all there troops and sacraficeing villiges to counquers and resources. in a hour and a half they mounted 3 times as much points as they had starting today BUILT UP FROM THE WHOLE ROUND! in 1 hour and 30 mins. that's some of the worst player's i have seen in a game to band up to take out 1 realm that worked as hard as we did to get to where we were. sigh,i needed to vent my angiusih. 3 months of work gone in litteraly 1 and half hours       

next round start's in a week and ill be there again ploting are take over of the game MUHAHAHA

Look's like i picked a good time,3 times xp for a week and a huge dragon killing event. Here is where Im having problems. Money,im out of pot's and my merchent is holding the cash. not a big deal i figured out ican buy them on my merchent and store them to pick them up on flash.       5 level "soon to be 4" of jobs before i can swap to sin x,why is this a problem you ask. as a high sin with 50's strengh and intel 0 agilty im getting smacked around by peon mobs 

If you are a ra player still playing iro let me know if you can help with cash or pots till i can get to level 50 job and go soul destroyer on some chit   looking forward to seeing you trerro Meep

here is my 2 cent's on the logo thing. I think a version of the double c's with the names of the founding father's of ra/cc walking around the out side of it,with a squirl coming out the center with a bad attuide a cigar and a Huge wepon of some CC creation would be something to triffel with. yea at 2 am my juices are flowing

after 10 years in the handy man secter I have learned to allways double the estimate to cover the unseen problems. I have hit a few time consuming problems but no major money holes yet. I say yet because i found steel gas line used for water pipe under the kitchen sink have no idea what moron came up with that idea but that could cost a bit to fix cause copper line anit cheap and i have never used the new pvc to copper ;ine connections yet and not sure i want to  but it is comin along. the hallway is finshed the dry wall is hung mudded and sanded in the kitchen and ready for paint. so im on secdule and budget and with any luck ill have a little left for online gaming

I am back online but very busy. 2 weeks ago i decided on fixing a weak spot in are living room floor after about 2 days of ripping up rotted floor and repairing floor joint's we decided on a full remodel of are home  after i fixed the floor i hung dry wall,followed by wall board about 3 feet up the wall,followed by paint,then trim then carpet whew koc had nothing on this LOL. today im moveing to the hall way and bed room,then it's the kitchen and finally the office and bathroom. with any luck i should be finshed in about another 14 days. ill try to get some before and afters of the rooms to post to show my progress hope everyone is well and ill talk to you all soon

good question's. Ill try to answer them in order.

Does that mean you CAN quest heavily if you choose as a leveling method there is like in ro,quest that you can use to level how ever they have a time repeat on them "AKA a cool down" and i have heard there are team quest "ILL go mare in to quest at the end.

Look again, there's only 6This is true,there are 6 total classes but many diffrent ways to build them out. you can make them soley for damege or speed,you can make them tanks with mass defence for healing on high maps.


What kind of pvp though?This I am not really sure about,i know the one your dropped in a arena with your partner/enemey and slug it out. I have heard rumor's you can lose your gear in pvp if you lose,but im not sure

How important is said item? That could be anything from a minor advantage to something insane like Atlantica's "power enhancing", designed to milk 100s from you.
you get 5 i think at a time and it's like 2.50 i think,they have a 10 dollarish bundel that comes with everything. it is only nesseasary if you want a monster high level pet and i think to most anyone has said they spent for a +5-6 pet was 1 bundel. i dont have a pet yet so i cant be sure

Also, about the cash shop not having an impact... I notice that the good weapons are in the cash shop, and they're RENTAL, so you have to buy them monthly at high cost. Can these also be obtained in gameNo,you can not obtain the wepons in game,how ever the wepon's though they look impressive are usless after about level 36ish. I have the numchuck for neo and used it a week. they do have some good items in the shop,but it is not something that makes people better. I do admit i have a slight advantege with a few power incress items i have,but all they do is aloe me to train on higher maps then i should.

Yes there is a lot of grind to the game,they do have the pvp and they have events alot. it is f2p witch is a draw to a number of active players.   You have full stat control of your charecter.    Oh yea,the wepeons question. With the enhacement it's not like atlantica,you have to find stones in game called xen stones,they are very rare and can drop at anytime from anything. with each level you gain something. for mages,aco's,temps it's +1 magic speed cast incress buy .001 and 10 mp after witch i think it's 10 magic attack per + for melle and archers it's attack and minus attack speed.

As for quest,there are no guide's to them and you get a in game message 1 time telling you of a quest and if you dont write it down or go start it well your out of luck.   The reason the site guide only shows the first change is so you have to work at finding out how to level and change jobs, took me 2 days to figure out where to go to change to a scout LOL. and you have to decied what type of player you will be. If you go acyolt,your a healer and a buffer for the most part,the mage's are your combate mages they have high hitting damage but low defence. squire is a good starting charecter,they can carry a lot and take a lot less damege and neo for there leveling speed. it's a game of either you love it or you hate it.               I like it. I can solo when i want to be left alone and if you need a party there not hard to get most the time.     This weekend there haveing a 25% xp boost so it would be a great time to join up if you have time.                    Im lone archer,in game
