The feast of St. Boris collided with real St. Patrick's day, so there's monsters in the Sneaky Pete stupor that are dropping epic booze at 100% rate.

There are 3 new epic boozes from this, and this event will likely *NEVER* occur again.

yeah, rather glad that i had banked my turns unintentionaly and had 200 going into this :-) by the time this is over i may have spent over 400 turns in one day :-O I'd also recommend holding onto that booze or maybe stocking up on some while the prices are low because it's going to be years before this happens again if it ever does ;-) So that booze is going to fetch a pretty penny in the distant future.
