meh... i definitely will not be buying it. it sounds like the extra fam buffs would be pretty nifty, but like you, i know i would forget to use them. so i would be blowing a mr. a on +5 to fam weight with occaisional elemental attacks :p Now that i think about that i've already done that when i used my MMG winnings to buy a plastic pumpkin bucket which i use on every fam i have out. I would reccomend getting that one over the feast if you want a fam item and won't ever use the buff from the feast. On top of the +5 lbs and the elemental attacks... the bucket adds +13% to items as well.  and the bucket is only going for 6.8 mil right now.

unfortunately... as per the patriot act... i'm fairly (not completely) certain that we no longer have rights. we just have what congress says we have and unless something drastic happens, they're going to continue tightening their grasp until we're all brain dead commie zombies.  oh, and if you remove all the recorded phone calls... they get around the computer tracking using the same reason as the hackers they're always arresting if it's online it's public access... hack into a high security site and use that excuse and see what happens<_<  it's just a case of it's ok if we do it but if you do it to me i'll ruin you. Big government is the reason this is happening in the first place our founders would have a heart attack if they saw how much of a hand the government has in our daily lives

we certainly won't be trying a speed run... i don't think we're anywhere close being ready for that, but i think that we have the numbers we had last time we ran it... so i'll be opening the sewers in the next few days most likely... probably tonight after rollover

Just out of curiosity... is anyone interested in doing another Hobopolis run? i've kinda blown my funds on caustic nodules and need to lvl up a bit so i can handle +720 ML a bit easier. it's not the slimes... it's the effect that's killing me <_< . As it is... i have to heal every 4-3 turns and i'm using a chamoix every turn
So, if you're interested in doing a Hobo run... post here so I know if we have enough interest to open it or not

I took him on with my multi.. which is a first run char and the only thing it's gotten from my main is a club of the 5 seasons and empathy :p it managed to do the thing at lvl ten in under 200 adv. As long as you snag a few petrified woods along the way (they one hit kill all the trees). And yes it was even an auto-kill on the boss tree too. and the spooky sap delvls them if used in combat... so it shouldn't be a problem regardless of bm, hc, or otherwise
