Sorry about that. Everyone can actually see the damn thing now. :P
(The database was calling the permission something different than the actual code, causing only admins to see it.)

So i'm not sure if this is just me, but i think the shout box may be broken again :-p I can see it on the index page, but it's always empty and i can't post a shout. More exactly, I can type in what I want to shout, but when i press enter... nada. I wasn't sure if it was just me or if i was just doing something wrong... probably the latter, but i thought you would like to know just in case it's not a singular case :)
And if you already knew about this I apologize for bugging you about it :-p

Hmm... I just tested it with the non-admin test account, and it's both displaying and posting fine.
Are you running any ad blockers or Noscript? If so, they're likely blocking the shoutbox code.
