I'm pretty sure the overwhelming majority - if not all - of them, were caused by a mixture of our forum skin sucking, our shoutbox sucking, and a dumb error I made in my own code on that menu. I'm going to get us a different skin, different shoutbox, and take a different approach to my own code, hopefully fixing this stuff once and for all.
